Take a deep breath and calm down

This stamp needs to be made yes I know its not very colourful but its the message I want too get across.

I've seen so many people lose it over my 3 years on da. They get so wound up they either write a journal or they attack the person. Yes we all get angry from time to time and sometimes we need to rant but there are better ways to get rid of anger how about you get one off those stress balls or take some time on a punching bag, that's much better than loosing your rag.
